Jill Geiger
FOUNDER
Jill Geiger (she/her) is a 5th generation Oklahoman and a native of Wynnewood, Oklahoma. After completing high school in Norman, she pursued a BA from William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri, and an MA at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. While in Hawaii, she worked as a legislative analyst for the House of Representatives where her passion for public policy ignited. Upon completion of her formal education, she moved back to Oklahoma and began a 15 year career in the central budget office of Oklahoma state government, serving the last decade as State Budget Director. She left state service to begin JGC in June of 2019.

Keri Runkle
ASSOCIATE
Keri Runkle (she/her) has 30+ years of accounting, business management and program / project management experience across multiple industries. She has executive level leadership, deep community involvement, and has been an associate with JGC since May 2020, supporting project management of the pandemic relief funds for the State of Oklahoma and in partnership with nonprofit partners around the state. She also excels in grant writing, helping partners articulate their story in compelling ways.

Shavonne McRee
ASSOCIATE
Shavonne McRee (she/her) has been with JGC since November 2020. She is an Oklahoma City native with a background in Sales Management. In her time with JGC, she has spearheaded the task of federal reporting on the use of pandemic relief dollars for numerous partners, including government agencies and nonprofits. She has worked closely with members of state and federal agency staff and nonprofits on a variety of other projects throughout her time here and is an integral part of the team that keeps the wheels spinning at JGC.

Alex Johnson
ASSOCIATE
Alex Johnson (he/him) graduated from Macalester College in May of 2020 with a double major in Philosophy and Political Science. Before working with JGC, he had experience working in state sales tax consulting, political campaigns, and state agencies. He also helped Jill’s kids with distance learning between March 2020 and the transition from pandemic to endemic, but when she noticed his impeccable research and writing skills she convinced him to do some work for JGC. Beginning part time in the Summer of 2021 and increasingly engaged, Alex joined JGC full time in February 2022.

Cary Cundiff
ASSOCIATE
Cary Cundiff (he/him) is a 5th generation Oklahoman. He attended OSU, studying Economics and General Business. Cary attained an MBA and began working for the central budget office of Oklahoma state government, where he and Jill met. After several years as the state budget analyst for public safety agencies and the judicial branch of state government. He left the central budget office to serve as CFO of the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System. After three years in that capacity, Cary left state service in November of 2022 to join JGC full time.

Clinton Trench
ASSOCIATE
Clinton Trench (he/him) grew up in Stillwater and went to Oklahoma City University for undergrad. After school he joined a cruise ship to play bass and see the world. While playing bass on cruise ships in Alaska, the Caribbean, and the Mediterranean was an exciting change of scenery, he decided the sea-life was NOT for him and came home to Oklahoma City. Like many people, Clinton found himself jobless in the middle of 2020 and went back to school for his MBA. Towards the end of 2020 landed a position with Community Cares Partners to deploy rental assistance dollars during the height of the pandemic, which lead to collaborations with the JGC Team. Clinton finished his MBA in 2022 and he joined the JGC team in April of 2023.

Kathy Sheppard
ASSOCIATE
Kathy Sheppard (she/her), while not a native Oklahoman, is the daughter and granddaughter of native Oklahomans. Kathy has served as Dean for First Year Students at William Jewell College, a Peace Corps Volunteer (2019-2022), Court Appointed Special Advocate, Deputy Director and Ukrainian Program Manager at Integrated Refugee and Immigrant Services, and currently advocates for refugees and immigrants in a volunteer capacity. Kathy brings a wealth of experience in leadership, service, marketing, program development/management, and her perspective of non-profit service and grant acquisition to the JGC team.

Jennifer O'Brien

Jennifer O'Brien (she/her) is a seasoned senior accountant with over 10 years of combined expertise in payroll and general ledger accounting. Known for meticulous financial management, Jennifer excels in optimizing processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. They hold a bachelor’s degree in advertising from The University of Central Oklahoma and are committed to ongoing professional development. Jennifer’s dedication to accuracy, efficiency, and proactive financial risk management has consistently contributed to organizational success and growth.

Ellie Redus
ASSOCIATE
Ellie Redus (she/her) joined JGC in March of 2024 after 25 years of inventory and management for a major orthopedic reconstruction company. Ellie moved to Oklahoma as a child, completing her high school and college education in Edmond while her mother was a public school teacher. She has made Oklahoma her home ever since. She has meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to hard work, justice, and excellence. She brings a wealth of experience in project management and financial compliance to our clients.
